Current-RFQ Support and Client Engagement: Crafting detailed quotations and engaging in meaningful discussions with clients to tailor project requirements aligning with strategic objectives.-Scope Definition and Planning: Defining project scope, creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), developing schedules, formulating budgets, conducting risk assessments, and establishing robust communication plans.-Internal Collaboration: Facilitating collaboration across departments by creating work orders, and efficiently allocating budgets and resources.-Resource Management: Handling manpower and material resources to ensure optimal project execution.-Samples Management: Overseeing critical project samples, ensuring availability of vehicles, prototype parts, and spare parts as required.-Financial Control: Implementing financial control measures such as Earned Value Analysis, Plan vs. Real Analysis, and managing project invoicing.-Change Request and Scope Control: Maintaining strict control over change requests and scope changes to keep project goals on track.-Deliverables Management: Overseeing the creation and management of project deliverables, including reports, data, technical analyses, and technical meetings.-Project Closure: Leading the project closure process, including contract closure and conducting comprehensive lessons learned analysis for continuous improvement of project management processes.-Project Management Training: Leading training programs across various business units worldwide, enhancing project management capabilities throughout the organization.
