As a consultant, I have introduced and optimized structures, processes and systems, and have been at the forefront of the implementation of Performance Management systems several times, so that management can follow the company's development and take action on challenges before they become problems.My passion for technology has always been a factor in my working life, and over time I have introduced a large number of IT systems - both in the companies where I have had administrative responsibility and in the role of consultant. I have a broad insight into the entire technology stack – from operating systems and databases to administrative systems such as e.g. financial systems, CRM systems and classic Business Intelligence.I have worked as a software developer and have led development teams. I have on several occasions designed and implemented IT infrastructure in smaller companies and in this connection have managed supplier and service contracts.In recent years, I have focused on process automation, and have completed many automation projects in roles as project manager, process consultant and technical specialist.
