Assigned to assist in the establishment, development and on-going improvement of NFAD guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Involved in the planning and continued improvement of the internal NFAD tracking system. Perform and oversee the on-site and daily quality assurance of the internal tracking tools and databases used to measure: the intake and output of items, performance of the branch and identification of areas needing improvement.Ensure that discrepancies are corrected and documented properly, to include: items received, disposed, placed into Official Use and the current status of items received.Responsible for the day to day assignments and tasks of FSA employees; oversee the general workflow performed by FSA employees, ensuring that all responsibilities performed support the activities of the other groups involved with NFAD, ATF and FSA operations.
