Managed Services Provider - Consult, design and implement technology related policies, procedures, and solutions for both private and public sectors. Responsible for the health and oversight of approximately five hundred computers and end users. Streamline processes through remote monitoring and management to proactively ensure that all computers are running smoothly so that your staff can be productive and efficient. We work with business owners and decision makers to re-assess their current acceptable use policies and equipment checkout/use policies, or create new ones when such policies don't exist. Facilitating in and assisting with the development and implementation of clear policies and procedures related to technology is the base in which we start our onboarding process with every client. Assist clients in establishing and implementing clear expectations in regards to equipment deployment, and use by staff. Establish clear channels in which users can request and receive support from the help desk that I have built. Track time and tickets on a case by case basis for billing and reporting purposes. Create customized Service Level Agreements tailored for each client so that the level of support they receive always meets or exceeds their expectations. Generate and deliver executive summary reports so that clients always have an up to date, clear and concise overview of the general health of their IT infrastructure and department.

Managed help desk and issue resolution specifically related to student information systems. Worked with school site staff on the training, management, and support of their student information system to ensure the proper use, stability, and data integrity. Worked as a Database Administrator, writing custom database queries and reports, worked with various vendors to integrate with third-party applications, managed role and field-based security.

Responsible for all aspects of Technology and Low Voltage Systems, monitor and maintain bell systems, fire alarms, emergency activation systems, provide end user support for staff and students. Establish a new IT Department including but not limited to, establishing procedures in which staff can request support, develop and implement acceptable use policies, manage an IT budget maintain all data systems and platforms including but not limited to student information systems, lunch transaction systems, Point of Sale, and auto dialer systems.
