I have been a salesperson since preschool selling plasticine figures to my friendsand a video game developer since I was 11 years old when I started programmingin basic and assembler, I have passed the history of computing since I loaded myfiles on cassette tape until the day of today that I cannot live without the clouds.I have taken both careers simultaneously in my professional life with great successand passion. In the 90's I developed the first technology startup in Venezuela withthe foundation of my Mediatech Game Studio, which has always been a benchmarkin the video game industry.When I founded the studio, I had to establish and develop the entire retail channelso that they would sell PC games on CDROM and as I always say, I opened the doorto other DEVS that had already achieved a mature channel that sold this type ofproduct and already handled traditional marketing for it.I feel that my commercial strength that defines me is the empathy that I achievewith my clients and with my accounts, relationships that I manage with soft skillsand that generate relationships of many years even if I jump from one industry toanother and the drive to establish brands as leaders in the market.Recent goals scored:* In 2021 I managed to position XT as 4th. importer of gamer chairs in Colombia with very aggressive actions in the channel.* In 2021, the new brand of DXT gaming chairs was effectively launched in the Colombian market, achieving its rapid positioning alongside our other leading brand AK Racing.Business skills:* Management of both the retail commercial channel and the digital channel in Colombia, with actions very focused on increasing consumption in the gamer category in the country. I have taken the category of gaming products to be #1 in support, guarantee and user focus, both in the specialist market and in the large chains.* Build relationships with key account purchasing teams.* Forecast (monthly, by Q and annual) of the distributor as key accounts for its expansion and support.* Coordination of training for all accounts that are added as resellers of the distributor.* Negotiate sales volumes, terms, and spaces in the channels in the best possible conditions for the company.* Follow-up and direction of Trade Marketing with clients and coordination with the company's MKT team for the execution of tasks that help boost resellers' sales.* Constant search for new market niches for the expansion of the company.
