Directly responsible for local managed care contracting including Counties, Medicaid, Managed Medicare, and commercial payers. The Director of Contract Management has smaller role in creating demand for the facilities’ Outpatient Services. Sierra Vista and Heritage Oaks Hospital are dedicated to serving all northern California residents. Playing a critical role in achieving the hospitals’ mission by ensuring adherence to patients’ behavioral health insurance contracting requirements. With a total of five distinct outpatient locations, will serve as the liaison between the facility outpatient programs, the community, and referring agencies. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, as the Director of Contract Management present a positive and professional public image of the facilities with contracting entities and within the community. With demonstrated tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast-paced environment.

As an essential member of the senior management staff, responsible for directing the development and continuous refinement of the facility's business development plan. Consulting with the Chief Executive Officer and other senior management staff, this position designs, develops, implements and directs the business development strategic goals, philosophy, policies, procedures, and systems for the Business Development Department and the facility.

Educating the community about Sierra Vista Hospital's services, to bridge gaps on continuity of care and/or prevent crisis situations. Build strong relationships and partnerships with individual providers and organizations. Connect, navigate and help those who are seeking treatment and are in need of direction.
