As Executive Coordinator, I work under general direction of the AVP and is responsible for the general management and coordination of executive-level functions for UNLV Center for Academic Enrichment and Outreach, which include serving as a liaison between CAEO executive offices, UNLV departments, CAEO divisions, and the community; processing physical and digital communication for CAEO's executive offices, managing and maintaining the Sr. Director/AVP's calendars, coordinating events and meetings; building data driven presentations and conducting data analysis; as well as developing, compiling and writing communications on behalf of CAEO's executive offices. I also advise staff by providing relevant information, referrals and answers to questions related to CAEO operations. Furthermore, I conduct grant and program related research, assist with policy development and implementation, and provide periodic reports to the Center's leadership. Moreover, I assist with managing marketing, publicity, internal and external relations for CAEO, conduct outreach to community partners to promote CAEO programs, and manage special projects and CAEO events. Additionally, my position serves as a liaison between CAEO and UNLV Financial Aid Office, process all awards recommended by individual programs, report to CAEO leadership and donors as requested, and maintain award compliance.
