I delivered exceptional technical services to ~100 teachers and ~880 students while managing IT department operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, and resources allocation. I reviewed performance of IT systems to determine operating costs, productivity levels, and upgraded requirements. I provided 2nd and 3rd line support for server and network infrastructure and maintained all support enquiries. I supported software installation and maintenance activities to meet College requirements. I conduced regular awareness training sessions for staff on O365, google suite for education, and security best practices to observe policies and standards. I configured, installed, and monitored authoritative DNS servers, DNS caching servers, LAMP server as the official web page of the college.
