Following my NTI internship, I joined IT-Visionary as an OJT trainee, a company that specializes in cloud services and RPA. I gained skills in cost optimization and threat mitigation while working on real-world projects.- Hosting two Nginx web servers on a single EC2 instance using the same ALB and applying a WAF on the ALB to improve security.- I automated Terraform processes for a bastion host that connects to a private subnet's Ubuntu server and wrote a Lambda function to monitor changes in a .tfstate file and deliver email notifications to the team leader.- Set up a Jenkins and Terraform container using Docker for CI/CD across 'development' and 'production' environments using three parameters: 'plan,' 'apply,' and 'destroy.'

This internship has equipped me with the DevOps skills. I gained knowledge of essential tools and techniques for scalable and agile service delivery.- Agile Mindset- Linux and bash scripting- Docker for containerization and K8s for organization of the containers- I deepened my knowledge of AWS and its services.- Terraform for cloud IaC- Ansible and Jenkins for developing the CI/CD pipeline

- Responding to help desk requests and resolving technical issues promptly.- Installing, configuring, and upgrading computer hardware and software.- Troubleshooting network connectivity problems.- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as backups and system updates.- Collaborating with other IT staff to ensure efficient operation of the organization's IT infrastructure.- Documenting processes, procedures, and configurations.- Providing training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.
