Her hallmark is the cultivation of exceptional client relationships founded on principles of transparency and trust, wherein she serves as a dedicated advocate to ensure the fulfillment of client needs.Before joining Cross Country, Julie was a Vice President of MSP Operations overseeing various departments at Aya Healthcare. She spearheaded numerous enterprise-wide initiatives, including the creation and implementation of the in-house software platform, alongside the adoption of project management software, driving operational efficiency and facilitating organizational scalability and growth. Prior to Aya, Julie was with BlueSky Medical Staffing Software, focusing on business development, implementation, and consulting. Julie has a BS in Journalism and Graphic Design from Middle Tennessee State University and regularly volunteers in the community, producing community-led technology events for Plugged In and advancing computer and internet skills for underprivileged students.
