Ensuring any recommendations are followed up and actioned• Responsible for AWOL and probation cases, providing advice to line managers on the process and ensuring documentation is complete and saved on team member files• Works with the HR team on disciplinary and grievances cases providing support as and when required• Manages the parental leave processes with team members• Assist the HR team with flexible working requests providing advice to line managers and ensuring required documentation is complete• Ensures all policies, letters and forms are up to date and fit for purpose • Ensures Sickness Triggers are followed up by the relevant member of the People Team• Supports the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment needs• Responsible for compliance of all right to work checks • Carry’s out a monthly audit on right to work checks ensuring any pending visa expiration is communicated to the relevant team member and line manager, and the correct documentation is sent, received, and filed on their people file• Conducts weekly telephone/ face to face exit interviews with all management leavers. Ensure key data is logged on a tracker in the reports file• Manages the People Team on the engagement survey cycle • Provides analysis on engagement data as and when required• Provides support on People Team projects Show less
