I’m pleased to lead our Technology Services, Facilities, Purchasing and Information Security functional areas to achieve the goals of identifying process variability and potentially wasted resources.  As a result of data collection and analysis, SIHO significantly reduced Facilities spending QOQ in Q2 2015.

Leading Infrastructure and Support Teams in managing workstations, mobile devices, Cisco internetworking over MPLS, wireless mesh networking, physical and virtual servers, VoIP telephony, SaaS support and development, replicated and archived data protection.Development of Operational Documentation to facilitate the support of services for SIHO Employees.  Spiceworks Systems Management Platform, including support desk ticketing, asset inventory collection, critical system monitoring and alerting.Collaboratively manage incoming requests for support and quickly determine the best resource for resolution.  Foster team engagement in the delivery of over 40 unique and interdependent projects for Q1 to Q4 2013.

As PC Technician, I served SIHO Employees through Technology Service Support and End User Training while receiving training as a Six Sigma Green Belt and successfully closing two projects.
