This browser-based application integrates information from our ERP and inventory systems to give end users a view into each of their jobs, and the work surrounding that job.-Implemented custom extranet sites that allow our customers to sign in, place orders and view inventory.-Implemented custom inventory shipping system utilizing bar coding technologies and use of bluetooth scanners in the field to track location of customer inventory.-Upgraded enterprise to company-wide 40+ circuit MPLS network with secure ingress and egress via industry leading technologies and VPN software.-Implemented company-wide WiFi network allowing our users to travel from office to office and connect automatically.-Support a hybrid BYOD/Company-owned environment of mobile devices, empowering our users to use whatever mobile technology best fits their workflow.-Facilitated the move of seven offices and the opening of four brand new offices managing all networking, server room, internal wiring, wifi implementation, VOIP install and user moves.-Migrated all offices to a cloud-based VOIP platform to increase reliability and mobility.-Migrated the company to Microsoft Office 365 from IBM Technologies.
