I follow projects from "Cradle to Grave" by working on the Due Diligence for the acquisition of properties, working with consultants to complete and communicate site plans, permitting and budgeting of projects, work with the builder to meet important timelines to ensure that our buyers have a seamless transition into their new home and help manage the warranty items that come up within the developments.

Managed installation of Energy Efficiency upgrades with the homeowners. This included, but not limited to, scheduling of subcontractors, invoicing, budgeting, report writing, walkthroughs and working with subcontractors and vendors on pricing.

Coordinate, schedule and work in conjunction with local distributors and Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) for the installation of PV Solar Systems ranging from 2 kW to 200 kW. Work entails tracking of submittal paperwork, mentoring and growing installation crews and staff, work closely with subcontractor to ensure timely and accurate installations that exceed client expectations.

Area Coordinator and Construction Services Manager for pre-drilling evaluations and construction observation of caissons, foundations and architectural civil packages for a confidential client. Responsible for working with the owner’s engineers and construction managers with coordinating the following: construction and third-party verfication and material testing, tracking civil discrepancies, quality assurance, coordination meeting attendance, working with groups and contractors on a daily basis, cost control, training and supervision of staff and personnel, support in preparation of close-out reporting, proposal and budget development, review and communication of project specifications, implementing safe work practices for subcontractors and personnel (45 subcontractors and 17 staff members). Also responsible for maintaining regular communication with S&ME H&S Lead, Project Manager, and client’s site personnel

During my time at ERM I was mainly involved with conducting Phase II and Phase III environmental site assessments and remediation projects including soil/groundwater investigations, passive and active soil gas investigations, soil oxidant demand and chemical oxidation injections, groundwater monitoring well installations (Westbays, Waterloo, fLute liners, etc.) construction management, decontamination and demolition and site safety.

Conducting reviews of leases which involved studying the areas geology, existing oil well data, production values, etc. Also, oversaw drilling activities to ensure that the right geologic zones were being targeted during the exploration phases of our projects.

As a student geologist of the Center for Cave and Karst Studies at Western Kentucky University, my main role was to assist with geophysical surveys, groundwater dye-tracer studies, sample collection, laboratory analysis of charcoal dye receptors and plotting point within ArcView GIS 3.2.
