De seneste 7 år har jeg været ansvarlig for at udvikle og implementere organisatorisk robusthed for nogle af de største og vigtigste offentlige og private virksomheder i Danmark. Her har jeg anvendt og udviklet min viden om arkitektur, adfærd, forandring og især it-sikkerhed i arbejdet med beredskab, disaster recovery og forretningskontinuitet (Crisis management, DRP & BCM). Jeg har designet, arrangeret og faciliteret +40 beredskabsøvelser, udarbejdet +15 beredskabsplaner og underviser i IT Crisis management på uddannelsen Cyber and Information Security Leader (CISL).Jeg har i de første 7 år af min karriere beskæftiget mig med digitaliseringsløsninger (ESDH, ECM, ITSM, IAM, etc.) i det offentlige og private med henblik på it-, forretnings- og organisationsudvikling.Igennem en lang række projekter har jeg fået praktiske og teoretiske erfaringer fra hele opstartsprocessen omhandlende digitale løsninger lige fra design (kravspec, løsningsdesign, etc.), til anskaffelse (udbud) og sidst men ikke mindst implementering. Herunder har jeg haft ansvaret for forandrings-, og projektledelse hvor leverandørstyring, håndtering af kunderelationer og især analyse og optimering af forretningsprocesser i forbindelse med it-anvendelse har været centrale opgaver. Endvidere er jeg TOGAF certificeret it-arkitekt og besidder et grundlæggende kendskab til programmering (UML, C#, PHP, SQL, HTML mm.) og agile metoder (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).Jeg har således bred og specialiseret erfaring med alt fra ovenstående til også at undervise, udarbejde analyser, skabe dokumentation, planlægge og implementere systemer, processer og governance endvidere har jeg 2 års erfaring med identitetsstyring og anden adgangsstyring (IAM, IGA, IDM, etc.)
