Striving to engage in thorough communication in order to gain the understanding I need in order to produce high quality, effective results. Benefiting from producing analytic and systematic approaches to problems and addressing instances where improvements can be made. As a seasoned bicycle mechanic I enjoy the intersection between hands-on skills and problem solving. I strive to provide the best customer experience though communication, as it is important to get to know the customer along with their individual needs so that I can provide them with solutions that best fit their situation. Now studying at the University of Illinois at Chicago, I’m taking courses to pursue a degree and a career in computer science focused on computational linguistics. I have completed courses in programming and linguistics including data structures, syntax, and phonology. I would like to have a focus in natural language processing (NLP).
