    I had a monthly sales goal that it was my job to see that the department made. To see that we reached our goal, I was responsible for production and work quality in the service department. My main focus was to make sure that a customers vehicle was fixed right the first time. If a customer was unhappy, I was responsible to work for the customer to understand their source of frustration, and do what I needed to do to resolve it. I was also responsible for overseeing parts inventory. I had to make sure we stocked parts that were used frequently, and liquidated parts that were rarely used to stay within budget.
