I am responsible for the strategic-, business- and operational growth of the newly-forming group. iTalanta is Elewa's venture into technology education and training. Doubling as a training institute and software agency, iTalanta offers world-class technology training to highly-skilled individuals through a unique on-the-job apprenticeship. Our apprentices work in teams, together with senior engineers, and provide end-to-end technology services to cutting-edge startups, SMEs and corporates across mainly EU, but also US and SSA-regions.iTalanta furthermore has its own tech training centers, called the iTalanta Academies, which upskill youth to a level where they can be taken on as apprentices.My role within iTalanta is that of business development and technical cloud architect.

Elewa Investment CVBA is coöperative fund enabling capital investment into the education space in developing countries. I am a founder and board member of the fund, responsible for management of the fund as well as oversight of the investment.
