Elewa, established in 2015 with offices in Belgium and Kenya, offers (1) professional education-innovation and -design services for the education, healthcare, and agriculture & environment markets through its Elewa brand and it's unique model for large scale blended training and open-source conversational learning technology; And (2) Technology innovation- (product), design- (UX/UI), implementation (software development), and delivery services through its iTalanta brand.During my ongoing tenure as C.E.O. of Elewa, I organised all Elewa stakeholders and activities towards a unified structure under Elewa Group. I am responsible for the strategic-, business- and operational growth of the newly-forming group. Over the last years my main focus has been on strategic planning, business development, contribution to key projects, stakeholder management and staff training, in liaison with the board.Elewa's mission is to provide opportunities which empower people within and outside the organisation to reach their full potential. Doubling as a training institute and software agency, iTalanta offers world-class technology training to highly-skilled individuals through a unique on-the-job apprenticeship. Our apprentices work in teams, together with senior engineers, and provide end-to-end technology services to cutting-edge startups, SMEs and corporates across mainly EU, but also US and SSA-regions.iTalanta furthermore has its own tech training centers, called the iTalanta Academies, which upskill youth to a level where they can be taken on as apprentices.My role within iTalanta is that of business development and technical cloud architect.
