Her 2014 single "Like Water" reached No. 25 on the R&B/Hip Hop charts. In conjunction with her recording and touring career, Ms. Parrelli is a socially conscious entrepreneur and nationally recognized motivational speaker, who co-founded the non-profit BEATS LYRICS LEADERS and co-created a Hip Hop Curriculum that is now being piloted with youth everywhere; including after school music programs, foster youth gatherings and on Native American reservations. Ms. Parrelli splits time between an apartment in New York City and her hometown of Auburn. She is currently in studio recording a new record and is also active with the Auburn Hip Hop Congress. Her recent sell out at the historical Auburn State Theater with her “Jazz Matazz Series,” created an enormous "buzz" in the Sierra Foothills. Her upcoming monthly panel series at the State Theater focuses on creating a thriving, vibrant community in her hometown of Auburn.
