Mr. Stewart, a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, is an experienced contracting, intellectual property (IP) and legal professional who currently serves as Corporate Advisor for PavCon, LLC.He previously served as the Chief of Staff, Office of Public Affairs, at the U.S. Department of Labor.Prior to that he served as the Executive Director of the Cambria County Republican Committee and as the Field Organizer for Cambria County, PA, for the Republican National Committee.Prior to that, Mr. Stewart served as a Senior Contracts Administrator for Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC) in Johnstown, PA, where he also served on CTC's Intellectual Property Committee. His duties at CTC for 10+ years consisted of various facets of business development, contract performance, organizational development, financial performance, drafting and negotiating strategic agreements, and intellectual property portfolio management and licensing. He has experience with U.S. federal, state and local government contracts, commercial contracts, and international transactions. Furthermore, Mr. Stewart served as a Contributing Analyst with Wikistrat where he developed and collaborated on geopolitical analysis. Prior to that, Mr. Stewart spent two summers as an Intellectual Property Intern at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Systems sector, in Baltimore, MD.Mr. Stewart is Past President of the Greater Johnstown National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Chapter. He further serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Community Arts Center of Cambria County, as well as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Easter Seals Western and Central Pennsylvania Cambria/Somerset Division.
