As a Technical Support Specialist at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), I provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for various clients and projects, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. I have a master's degree in cybersecurity from University of South Florida, where I gained advanced knowledge and skills in computer and information systems security and information assurance. I also hold Security + and CASP+ certifications from CompTIA. In addition to my current role at GDIT, I also serve as a 25H Network Communication Systems Specialist at Florida Army National Guard, where I support the installation, operation, and maintenance of network equipment and devices. With over 4 years of combined experience in technical support and cybersecurity, I have developed strong competencies in Windows, system administration, technical support, network security, and cloud security. I am passionate about protecting and enhancing the security and performance of information systems, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices in the field. My mission is to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the success and security of GDIT and its clients, as well as to the defense and resilience of the nation.
