I manage daily operations of the Social Services Division of Broward Children's Center managing 6 programs that serve children and families with special needs. In this role, I oversee the monitoring and financial management of Federal and local contracts and grants that fund these programs. I prepare detailed compliance reports based upon utilization statistical reporting and analysisI am also responsible for all aspects of recruitment and supervision of 65 Social Service Division’s full time and contract staff including hiring, training, policy development, and performance management.I have achieved outstanding performance results from external government audits of quarterly statistical reporting, client utilization data, and indicators of program outcomes.
