Comprehensive representation of religious, spiritual, and non-profit organizations, teachers of yoga and meditation, and religious practitioners concerning private inurement, UBIT issues, dispute resolution, and other matters that arise along those paths requiring a nuanced and non-judgmental touch. I particularly love smaller owner-operated bars, restaurants, studios, dojos, temples, and retail shops. Extensive experience with China-based companies, have functioned as the U.S. general counsel for subsidiaries of China and Taiwan businesses, and currently serve as general counsel to the Ananda Church of Self-Realization worldwide.
