Tideway tunnel, LondonSenior Project Manager for 3 of the 24 worksites (Acton Storm Tanks, Barn Elms andHammersmith Pumping Station ) that form Tideway, a 24km super sewer under the Thames.Works involve modification of existing Thames Water assets, interception of the existing combinedsewer outflows which will be linked to new shafts up to 35m in depth and 15m in diameter; andconstruction of connection tunnels up to 300m in length, which connect to the main tunnel.In addition to the main project works, at Barn Elms we have constructed a new Barn Elms sport centre, which is required to facilitate the construction of an 800m permanent road access to the site location.

London OvergroundAs Senior Project Manager I worked with the Programme Manager and Engineering Manager to setup and grow the the Overground LOCIP project, a team of over 120 people. I lead the northern section of the London Overground Capacity Improvement Programme (LOCIP) along with West Anglia Devolution (Stations), Traction Power Upgrade, Gospel Oak to Barking Stations & Level Access projects

Key Activities on Crossrail project:• Managed the design & systems integration for Crossrail East Project covering 14 stations, 3 sidings andover 30km of railway systems and infrastructure• Chaired design integration meetings and discussions both with and between suppliers• Led interdisciplinary design reviews by project engineers and maintaining the project’s registerof design interfaces and critical design integration issues• Held the position of Designated Project Engineer for a signalling recovery project at Abbey Wood Station• Designed and implemented a large scale interactive inter-disciplinary schematic for the project• Developed & delivered changes in project reporting to improve efficiencies

North London Line Rail Improvement Programme (NLRIP)Projects: Major upgrade of 3 rail stations for the North London Line Rail Infrastructure ProjectKey Activities:• GRIP stages 5-8 (design & build) involving the reconstruction of three stations, involving theconstruction of an additional six platforms, 8 lifts, 5 footbridges a new ticket hall concourse• Liaising and working together with stakeholders including the maintainer, LOROL, TfL, LondonUnderground, London Fire Brigade and relevant utility companies• Development of a 3D animation for driver training videos for new signalling installation

Cannon Place Project, Thales factory fit-outKey Activities:• Managed a design team including architects, discipline engineers and survey teams• Assisted in the systems integration of office/factory systems on a military project• Designed and implementing an online system for the capturing and reporting of KPIs• Developed the scope of work and managing the client’s expectations
