In May 2013, I began developing inBloom Juicery in my college track & field house. inBloom began as an e-commerce juice delivery company with the mission to provide fresh, Indiana-grown fruits and veggies to low income families in need with each bottle sold. Since launching, we’ve opened two separate brick & mortar locations plus one mobile food truck 🏬🚚🏬I owned and operated inBloom for nearly 10 years, I’ve managing 50+ different employees, pivoted our brand with competition, and in 2018 hired two operations managers. This allowed me to focus on revenue and growth -- primarily involving consistent cold sales outreach to nearby small businesses, universities, and sports teams.In 2020, I began working as a working as a Sales + Growth consultant for other startups looking to go from 0 to their first 100+ customers. Consulting work to date includes several SaaS startups and one enterprise company, JobSquad Staffing. At JobSquad, I lead the sales & go-to-market efforts as they acquired other struggling, nation-wide healthcare staffing companies.From 2020-2023, we purchased & consolidated 12 brands and 50+ Healthcare staffing agencies into one, nationwide staffing solution -- growing revenue from 80M to 120M+ from 2020-2023.After being in healthcare staffing for 3 years, it became very clear that there was a massive gap to fill when it came to healthcare workers post-COVID — specifically with in-home skilled nurses & caregivers.So in 2023, I co-founded Paid.care.
