With over 23 years of work experience in education, I am passionate about empowering students, teachers, and leaders to achieve their full potential. As an adjunct professor at USC Rossier School of Education, I teach courses on teacher leadership, educational policy, and research methods, and share my insights from my doctoral studies in education. Currently the Associate Counselor for the USC Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society. As an assistant principal at CHAFFEY JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT, I support the academic, social, and emotional development of over 2,000 students, and collaborate with staff, parents, and community partners to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, I own and manage IE Preps Magazine, a publication that showcases the achievements and stories of student-athletes in the Inland Empire region. My core competencies include curriculum design, instructional coaching, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and magazine production. I am driven by the mission of advancing educational equity, excellence, and innovation, and I enjoy learning from diverse perspectives and experiences in the field.
