I am passionate about what I do, I have technical background in hardware and software development for power electronics applied to electric traction for mobility. I’ve done research in this field for a few years, and I am now using that Know-How to help leveraging a much more ambitious project. At AddVolt, I am interfacing the technical development with the product development and industrialization.I’ve learned, I’ve taught and I am still learning. Strong principles, is what define people, if we gather this and catalyze the development in them, of motivation and capacity to learn we find out very capable professionals. This is in what I believe, I believe in people, I believe in their growth. End of the day, what matters the most, is a strong team.Growing while making other people grow is not easy, I take it as a challenge.
