Skills/responsibilities:- Monthly and annual consolidated reporting for the Group including annual budgets and half year forecasts.- Oversee the monthly management accounts for the cost base of a £700m T/O business alongside annual budgeting and forecasting- Key contact point with French colleagues to ensure strong and robust reporting on a monthly basis to investors.- Responsible for the Group purchase ledger function with approximate annual spend of £200m.- Production of consolidated IFRS and FRS 101 statutory accounts for numerous UK subsidiary companies- Advising colleagues company-wide on technical accounting and policy queries- Treasury and cash flow reporting

The Group has excellent relationships with its brand partners and is one of only five groups to represent all British and German premium brands.Skills/Responsibilities: - Production of interim and full year statutory accounts under IFRS for AIM listed plc parent and 23 subsidiary entities including conversion to newly adopted FRS 102;- Part of team that has integrated acquisitions with a total deal value of nearly £150m including acquisition accounting (including valuation) and technical accounting papers;- Help shape plc accounting policies and acting as a helpline to over 50 site accountants for technical accounting queries and policy issues;- Developing strong links with external tax advisers to overcome issues around corporation tax, IFRS deferred tax complexities and VAT compliance;- Property company management accounting including responsibility for an annual capex budget of £30m;- High level treasury reporting including cash flow forecasting and cash optimisation;- Joint responsibility for group finance reconciliations that include goodwill, intercompany, dividends, share options and reserves.
