The City Ambassador Program under the Experience Melbourne team of the City of Melbourne assists visitors to Melbourne to ensure their seamless experience at major destinations such as the Queen Victoria Market, Swanston street and Federation Square. - Currently assigned to assist visitors at the Queen Victoria Market

A volunteer at the Neighbourhood Volunteer Program organized by the City of Melbourne to craft projects rooted in the priorities of the communities in the city. Assigned to the team engaged with the Carlton neighbourhood.

- Assists in the management and quality assessment of store inventory to ensure standards for condition and integrity of items are attained- Sorts and prices items according to guidelines set by manager to maintain consistency of sales and cleanliness of store

- Provided logistical support in the Beats and Eats and Food Pantry events to ensure stations are stocked properly with the necessary materials and equipment- Assisted with the DUSA Online Social session for new students to facilitate participation and engagement of students.
