I wore many hats while with Ann Arbor Smiles. I was brought on as an Office Coordinator and immediately began helping the Doctor's with the business. I spent some time perfecting the schedules as a Patient Coordinator and Treatment Plan Coordinator, before being asked to assume the role of Business Team Lead. I wrote the Policies and Procedures that are in place today and I maximized efficiencies wherever I could. I love this practice and I love the staff. We are all still like family and I love hearing about the growth this practice is experiencing.

Columbia, South Carolina Area

I was brought on to assist this practice with Business Operations and one of the accomplishments was that I assisted in making this office completely paperless. We implemented a system whereby we no longer needed to print any more documents and moved to a completed EMR platform. It was a medium sized practice, but the project itself was large. The office was highly efficient, secure, and operational when I moved back up to Michigan with my family.

Dr. Callow was a wonderful Dentist and provided me with the experience and education I needed to be successful in the Dental Field. Dr. Callow trained me to be a Dental Assistant for the first five years I was with the practice. I learned every aspect of patient care and assisted the dentist and hygienists with daily operations and appointments. I helped grow Dr. Callow's practice over the eight years I was with him and I'm grateful for the time I had here to learn the building blocks of my career.
