Since March of 2000 I have been working in the IT and Telecommunications field. I have worked with the leading SAAS (Software as a Service) company and the leading provider of private-label IP solutions. I am currently the Director of Voice and UC Engineering deploying services from the global leading collaboration companies. My jobs included providing 24x7x365 on call support of all possible day-to-day operating issues. This is made possible with incisive directing and management of employees and strong network diagnostic skills. With millions of calls processed per day my responsibilities, dedication and ability to work under stress has only helped me excel in my field. I have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast paced high stress environment. All while staying focused to achieve company goals above and beyond expectations.
