Was hired for 2 Target retail stores in Lincoln, NB., both being open 24/7, a Superstore Fulfillment redesign and Bath renovation. I mentored a first-time superintendent/trainee that also assisted with some of the night work. The project was only a challenge due to material availability. Target personnel were great to communicate with having to address many logistics changes. I achieved a 2+week time reduction and $45k cost savings. Responsibilities performed; 2-week look ahead and 4-week impact risk analysis, worked with Target Corporate and onsite store Management to re-arrange schedules and project logistics to keep contractors busy, on-site and momentum moving forward.

I contracted work locally, performing estimates and logistical analysis, performed project management and/or site management on building projects. I contracted and managed on-site work. Performed the renovation and conversion of a 18,000sf office building to a new Verterinary Clinic and miscellaneous smaller projects, as office renovations and remodels. Also consulted residential buyers on first purchase, renovations and additions, drew up plans and wrote proposals for bids and permits.
