Leadership role over all aspects of FPGAs with regard to the Reference Platforms for the Orion Server chip. Expert in OCP’s LVDS Tunneling Protocol and Interface (LTPI) for DC-SCM in the server market. Developed a novel protocol for abstraction of platform management details from processor. Developed the entire FPGA CI/CD pipeline from scratch, including containerization of non-containerized tools from vendors. Influenced system level platform design decisions.

Design, develop and maintain cutting edge Modeling and Simulation techniques to accelerate engineering development teams through rapid prototyping and continuous testing in a hardware accelerated data center environment. Took on leadership responsibilities to lead technical teams of 10+ engineers on improvements to the modeling and simulation software and hardware elements. Took on direct development tasks of the FPGA design for this environment, as well as directed and managed others performing the same tasks. Also guided and directed software development tasks related to Modeling and Simulation. Overhauled the automated testing infrastructure which led to $800k savings per year in development time.

Worked in a geographically separated team of 10 FPGA Engineers tasked with design and support of FPGA based features in Carrier Ethernet Switches. Oversee network infrastructure for AIR-PIPE a subsidiary of Wired or Wireless. LAN/WAN Network Administrator for a rural Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) in Eastern Washington. Managed a geographically disperse network of routers in remote locations used to deliver broadband internet to rural locations. Extensive work with TCP/IP, network routing design, fault tolerance, and overall network stability.

While in High School, founded a broadband Internet Service Provider from my parent's home using a T1 internet service to feed a WiFi network to high gain antenna's mounted on customer's homes within line-of-sight. Through the use of a Cisco router, and a token-bucket rate management system, was able to offer a tiered service and price level structure.
