Program Manager for the Technical Information Engineering Services (TIES) Program Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)- Business Development- Primary liaison between Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate and Leidos with the oversight for delivery of services under the IDIQ contract.- Managed the delivery of services to support engineering, technical programs and services designed to ensure mission success for I2WD and its customers.- Interface with the IDIQ and Task Order Contracting Officer’s Representatives; provide contract task order deliverables, and manage service delivery across multiple locations.- Manages a team of subcontractors, maintains effective communications and ensures that the full range of subcontractor capabilities are effectively utilized in proposals and program execution.- Provide Project Management services, lead project teams in defining, planning, and implementing new projects.- Perform Business Analysis, needs assessments, and identify customer needs to develop new lines of business within the Intelligence community.- Determine required resources for project completion and communicate needs to appropriate Leidos and subcontractor management.- Perform Cost, Schedule, and Scope status reporting to ensure Project Managers operate within budget, schedule and scope, and control execution where over run is anticipated.- Understanding of the project statement of work or performance work statement, and ensure project teams perform to the quality and service level established by the contract.
