Leading the Councils Data Architecture activities as part of a wider digital transformation agenda, collaborating closely with departmental data teams, defining the vision, roadmaps, reference architectures, design patterns & governance frameworks.- Children’s Services Transformation Programme responsible for the procurement and delivery of a cloud based Social Care, Case Management System (Mosaic) to replace the legacy on-prem solution (ICS/SWIFT) and providing data leadership for the department’s analytics strategy, incorporating data modelling, data exploitation, analytics, data science & predictive modelling.- Adults Health & Care Programme responsible for replacing the departments legacy case management system (AIS/SWIFT) with a cloud-based solution (CareDirector) and designing a number of supporting systems to provide digital forms, data analytics, technology enabled care (telecare) and mobile working

Consulting for Ordnance Survey within the Architecture Team, I was responsible for defining the technology strategy for high volume data flows, and the anticipated explosion in data storage requirements generated from high altitude image capture.
