Created and directed a professional choir for boys ages 8-14. Recruited from area schools, rehearsed, taught, and managed all aspects of the boys’ involvement working closely with parents and staff for the ultimate safety and engagement of those involved. Collaborated with area performance organizations to include the new boys choir in their musical offerings. Established new training methods based on German and English traditional models. Founded a non-profit for the ensemble to work under, recruited and staffed the board. Wrote new compositions, and arranged music for the choir. Performed with area professional ensembles.
