I am the founder and executive director of Noeticus Counseling Center and Training Institute® in Denver, Colorado, USA and an experienced mental health professional, teacher, supervisor, coach, and trainer with a demonstrated history of working in clinical, educational, and professional environments. In particular, I enjoy bringing my knowledge, background, and experience to your team or organization to help you craft a training program and/or an organizational development structure that supports you in reaching your mission and vision. I also welcome you and/or your team members at my regular classes and trainings offered through the Noeticus Center for Professional Development™ and the Noeticus Addiction Counselor Clinical Training Program™. I especially love bringing values-based concepts and practices into all of my work, drawing particularly from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy® (DBT®), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Spiral Dynamics®, Three Vital Questions® (3VQ), and TotalSDI®.
