Thankfully, I found my way into data center investment and development early in my career during the early days of the mortgage crisis. Data centers were a relatively unknown asset class at the time, primarily driven by a small handful of firms and operators beginning to define the business on the fly.15+ years later, the market has changed significantly and continued to evolve constantly, as data centers have become the darling of real estate asset classes. I have been lucky enough to work with some leading figures in the industry, build and lease facilities for great clients and invest in and manage a significant portfolio of billions of dollars in digital infrastructure and mission critical assets.I have overseen asset management, leasing, operations and acquisitions for some of the largest operators in the space, operated independently as a start-up developer and site selection consultant, grown investment and management platforms for established operators of other asset classes and even led investment strategy and leasing/development for institutional equity.I’m a value creator, relentless service provider and leader. I pride myself in the ability to always do what is right and stand by my decisions, no matter the outcome.At this later stage in my career, what's most important to me is absolute transparency in how we all conduct ourselves in this business and doing so as respected peers, professionals and friends.
