Organized event logistics for the largest collegiate hackathon in the world.Designed event check-in system and checked-in 1500 attendees in under 2 hours.Directed 150+ volunteers to setup venue, meals, and workshops.Literally and metaphorically took out the trash for 3000 people.

At Braintree I worked on the Onboarding team which handles the new merchant onboarding flow, as well as preparing them to begin transacting using Braintree.My work involved creating and updating several production micro-service applications for Braintree merchants coming from a new region. In addition to adding the necessary full-stack features, I also was able to contribute to refactoring existing applications to better onboard, background check, and enable new merchants to use Braintree.The technical stack I worked with included:- Ruby on Rails - Clojure- HTML/CSS- JavaScript

Co-founded and lead the first student programming and hacker club at Diablo Valley College.Grew membership 9x - from 15 to 135 members.Workshops and projects included API design, advanced JavaScript, and real-time web games.
