Responsible for new development and maintenance of the web application that runs on Drupal, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, jQuery, and uses Flowplayer to deliver HTML5 video content. Also a trainer of Drupal site building and development skills through our flipped classroom Drupal Immersion training used at Drupal conferences and camps.Implemented system to capture and display key performance indicators for business metrics and usage of the site to allow us to use Lean Analytics in shaping our business decisions. Interpreting data from our custom system and Google Analytics to evaluate the past and drive future decisions.
