Working with other directors, I led conceptualization and strategic planning for this private start-up health consultancy firm targeting countries of the Global South. The firm is built around a team of highly trained professionals with diverse technical expertise who work in different parts of the world including East Africa, Europe, North America and Latin American and the Caribbean. Our clients are local government agencies as well as international health networks with whom we work towards the development of quality healthcare systems. The National Standards Council administrates the general affairs of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Bureau of Standards. Its primary responsibility is to determine and approve policy guidelines that ensure the optimal deployment of the bureau's resources and functions in the development of the national economy. I am privileged to chair a strong council contributing towards these national developmental goals.

Designed research projects examining the importance of Natural Killer cells during acute HIV-1 infection. Conducted day-to-day research as part of a team of postdoctoral scientists and supervised junior lab members. Managed maintenance of laboratory instruments working with various OEMs and service contractors. Participated in HIV-1 vaccine project evaluating innate immune responses as part of a large group of researchers working across several private institutes and government agencies all managed by the ANRS.
