I have received both my B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University. During my academic journey, I had the privilege of collaborating with Prof. Ren-Shuo Liu. Additionally, I gained valuable experience through internships at Media Tek, ITRI, and YSTECH.My research interests predominantly revolve around the collaborative design of deep convolutional neural networks (CNNs) in both software and hardware domains. This encompasses areas such as ASIC architecture for artificial intelligence (AI), digital circuit design, and computer architecture. Specifically, my research is centered on enhancing the efficiency of CNN accelerators by optimizing computation, memory (including non-volatile memory) storage and access, as well as minimizing power consumption. This optimization is achieved through a combination of algorithmic advancements and hardware co-design strategies. Furthermore, I have three TSMC tape-out experiences, which have contributed significantly to my expertise and hands-on skills.
