Job Responsibilities:-Lead a lean, productive and efficient Production team consists of Production Supervisors, Engineers, Leaders and Technicians to consistently meet and exceeds productivity, volume and delivery KPIs.-Coordinate with various departments (e.g. Planning, QA, Engineering, HR etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient operation and in in sync with the company business strategies.-Oversee production schedules to meet customer demands and minimize labour hours.-Manage manpower planning and monitor staff attendance records to ensure smooth daily production-Produce and maintain the quality of production and on-time delivery of products with minimal material loss.-Manage and forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.-Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime.-Monitor resource allocation and develop cost reduction strategies to control production expenses.-Maintain and improve housekeeping (5S) in all production areas.-Ensure a high level of discipline is established and maintained within the operation and take effective action in the event of deviations.-Review training needs and programs to develop team members to enhance staff competency, performance, capabilities.-Examine existing procedures, processes or opportunities for streamlining production activities to continuous improve and maximize productivity.-Monitor, track inventory levels and implement inventory control systems to ensure monthly stock take accuracy, and make sure stock availability at all times.-Promote safety awareness training and maintain work safety and practices to help reduce injury occurrence in production department.

Job Responsibilities:-Clarify and communicate management directions-Optimise human resource allocation for each operation according to manufacturing specifications and production status-Investigate ways to reduce scrap, nonconformity and manpower ineffectiveness-Administer, review and propose improvements to existing training scheme and competency assessment system-Develop training and documentation materials for production to enable the seamless knowledge transfer of project and manufacturing processes-Train, develop and provide guidance to Assistant Engineers in order to enhance the competency of the workforce-Resolve & handle line-related, quality and equipment issues to minimize down time.-Lead manufacturing floor support (engineers & technicians) to proactively identify and solve technical issues affecting the manufacturing processes and implement improvement activities-To lead in design, buy off (FAT), validation, installation and operation qualifications (IQ, OQ) of new, modified, repeating or transferred production lines, equipment and automated machines.-Maintain close liaison and communication with suppliers on regular basis to improve the existing machines/equipment & automation system design through creative and innovative ideas.-Work closely with project team to plan, coordinate and execute plant improvement project. Ensure realization of project plan and meet customer requests.

Job Responsibilities:-Oversee installation, repair and upkeeping of equipment and automated machines and supports ramp up of production lines.-Able to perform troubleshooting and through applying problem solving skills, to resolve technical and operational issues.-To develop and establish robust equipment preventive maintenance plan.-Work with upstream and downstream operations to ensure the harmonization and well-coordination of the work flow to achieve optimized performance.-Consolidate and compile overall production statistics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) to monitor equipment performance.-To develop and execute methods that would help production in reducing the cost and improve in efficiency without compromising on the quality standards.-Responsible for assembly/secondary process study and process improvements in accordance to safety, cost efficient & quality standards (ISO 9001/ISO 13485).-To utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to achieve cost effective designs and to carry out research and development work of the manufacturing process that including assembly methods, production flow and production equipment.-Lead and manage a team of technicians/engineers to handle the equipment & automation system for production process (investigating root causes of equipment failures, maintenance, spare parts handling, execution of process improvement plan).

Responsible in handling the machinery parts related to gloves production process:-Mechanical Gloves Stripping Machine (MGSM)-Auto Stacking Machine-Auto Packing Machine-Gloves Air Leak Test Machine-Air Compressors etc.Duties: •To maintain all the machines handled in tip top condition and make sure good quality gloves are produced•Resolving complex technical issues and coming up with fast efficient solutions that related to the machines handled•Lead and manage a team of technicians to handle the machines everyday (troubleshooting of machines problems, machines maintenance jobs, machinery spare parts handling, implementation of improvement plans etc.)•Research methods for cost reduction and production (process flow) improvements •Liaise with suppliers on a regular basis: a) To implement new relevant automation system for production process b) To improve the existing automation system design through creative and innovative ideas
