Stationed in the Humes plant in Ipswich where I was involved with precast concrete products operations on the development of business improvement projects. Many of which involved new developments to the operational procedure of custom products and development on onsite accredited testing.​Key Accomplishments:- Developed a from-the-ground reporting system for use in a NATA certified lab that would test concrete and concrete product samples.- Successfully lead a team to construct and deliver custom stormwater pits with the integration of new technology to the business.- Developed JSA’s on new operational procedures and technologies that were presented to clients and implemented in the business. The first rotation in my graduate placement program was stationed with Major Projects in the Concrete business. Here I was exposed to all aspects of concrete production and management of concrete supply to large scale civil projects (M4/M5 Motorway, Sydney Metro, etc.). Notable experiences during my time here was taking on the role as Project Manager for 2 weeks to cover for a colleague and undertaking a process mapping project for Metromix to help improve efficiency in business operations.​Key Accomplishments:- Conducted a business process improvement project that provided the basis for how budget allocation was decided to better improve the efficiency of the business’ process.- Reduced/addressed outstanding safety actions for the Lidcombe concrete plant by 75% using INX.- Maintained contractor satisfaction with the absence of the Project Manager regarding servicing and mix quality/workability.Skills developed:- Project Management Skills- Client Engagement- Safety Systems and Procedures- Auditing

At CNF I participated in the development and debugging of a SCADA system that was to be implemented in a sewerage treatment plant, travelled to Kyogle, NSW to help commission a water treatment plant and assisted in document control for various engineers/draftsmen.
