A builder at heart, I'm deeply passionate about building great products - and teams - that delight humans and help solve some of the world's most important problems. In my day-to-day, I lead the Product and Engineering teams at Scoop, the company I co-founded with my brother, Rob, in early 2015. At Scoop, we're building the solutions to help employees, teams, and their companies thrive in a hybrid work environment. Before the pandemic, Scoop focused on the challenges of the employee commute, raising over 100M and partnering with Fortune 50 companies as we created the largest and most successful employee-focused carpooling network in the country. Over the past 9.5 years since founding Scoop, I've worn many many hats, at times leading everything from Product to Engineering to Marketing to Analytics. I'm a growth polyglot, equally geeked out by optimizing product development processes as I am doing user research, refining a product design, or crafting positioning language.
