Budgeting, payroll, cultural tasks, IPM, implementation and compliance, safety for 100+ Spanish speaking employees, irrigation, fertilization, planting and development, vineyard trials. Grower Liaison to leased vineyards.

Organic farm selling/delivering fruit, vegetables and flowers to local restaurants, CSA clients and local Farmer's Markets.

Responsible for all aspects of vineyard operations including planning, budgeting, analysis and reporting. Management of all bearing acreage and development of new and replanted acreage. Olive orchard management, development and oil production. Completed the Organic Farm Plan and placed the site into transition for CCOF organic certification. Planned and ran an experiment with Biodynamic® farming. Actively involved in winery plan and construction. Advised on budgeting and planning for landscaping. Involved with long term marketing strategy for the wines and branded estate products.

Responsible for contracting and supervising vineyard development work, grower relations, and vineyard data collection. Contributed to wine production team during blending, fining and other key sensory evaluation. Responsible for quality assurance and control in the vineyard and olive orchards. Planned and implemented replant and development of 82 acres broken into 66 management blocks.
