This includes selling in, and maintaining fresh product by rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks at the account's location. The position also included meeting with the account contact, and ensuring appropriate inventory levels and exceptional customer service in all areas.

In my position on the UPS Operations team, I assisted customers and account managers with any questions they have in regards to their UPS small packages. This included, but was not limited to, any billing, tracking, and creating packages. I also lead a group which handled two larger tasks having deat with lost package investigations and issuance of customer credits.

In this position I was tasked with marketing the different programs, trips, and events held by the International Programs department. My responsibilities also included sorting and filing study abroad applications, assisting students with questions about study abroad, interacting with international students, and fulfilling daily tasks around the office. This position also allowed me to apply the marketing strategies I learned in the classroom.
