Business Development Glazing Facilities and Project Management- Start a new Business Area for Turnkey Glazing Facilities, reporting to the Technical Manager of the Company. Define Business Plan and Strategy.- Management of the strategic customers (Ford, Jaguar, Audi, VW, etc…), supervising and estimating quotations up to €5M and final negotiations with customers.- Projectmanagement, organization and motivation of teams from the different Departments of companies belonging to the Partnership.Achievements:- Start up, develop and implement the new Business Area, winning two projects for Jaguar Land Rover (€4,3M) and doubling the target planned for the first year.

- Projectmanagement, communication and management of the stakeholders.- Team building, motivation and leadership of teams up to 15 pers., consisting of engineers, site managers and electricians. - Definition and recruitment of the technical engineers needed for the projects. - Manage complex and strategic projects of the company, where additional control management and motivation was required.Achievements:- Increase profit margin by 5 points in the BMW projects (G11 / 12, G3x), improving the resource planning and management, costs reduction and strict changemanagement policy.- Lead the estimation and negotiation process of the largest project to date for the company (€4M) wining the contract and consolidating the achievements of the previous projects.

- Assist customers from the initial Scope of Works and concepts to engineering design and implementation, liaison with government authorities and councils, project management and communicating with stakeholders (subcontractors, suppliers, authorities). Electrical, Gas, Construction and Fire protection engineering solutions. Achievements:- Start up of a company in the Civil Engineering discipline, being awarded with projects up to €3M.

- Manager of the Maintenace Department. - Recruitment and management of maintenance staff (30 people).- Responsible for compliance with the quality controls required by Aena, internal audits and preventive maintenance.- Facilities of the North Tenerife, Lanzarote, La Gomera and El Hierro Airports
