- Manage trials involving gene therapy, intravitreal therapy, and oral investigational products while adhering to Good Clinical Practice guidelines and FDA regulations - Maintain investigator site file and pharmacy binder including: investigational product accountability, regulatory and essential documents, study manuals, subject logs - Complete randomization, data entry, resolve queries, dispense investigational products via EDC and IWRS systems - Facilitate site feasibility, selection, and initiation activities, clinical trial start-up and close-out activities and ensure interim monitoring and audit readiness - Submit continuing review and updated documents or deviations to IRB as appropriate - Obtain informed consent, collect vital signs and EKGs, perform phlebotomy, visual acuity, imaging, and process clinical lab samples
