This experience allowed me to use and strengthen my relationship and advocacy skills to establish multi-sectoral alliances and mobilize resources for the development of various community activities on issues of public health, welfare and restitution of rights. These events contributed to the capacity building and well-being of multiple ethnic organizations (indigenous and afro), LGBTIQA+, youth community processes and civil society organizations in four departments of Colombia.Likewise, I managed to coordinate successful communication strategies and intersectoral coordination on health issues, including training, participation in decision-making spaces and the creation of communication pieces to respond to rumors and misinformation in the communities.Regarding IMERA, I supervised and ensured the success of the activities carried out by two implementing partners, guaranteeing the quality and fulfillment of objectives in more than 25 community activities and 50 legal advisories for the reestablishment of health rights with LGBTIQA+ population. In addition, I drafted monthly progress reports for the donor, tracked activities through KnackApp and conducted two research and national reports that have contributed to the reduction of communication gaps in emergency scenarios with affected communities.

I supported FUNDEYACO's management team in identifying funding opportunities and obtaining resources for the strengthening of agroecological enterprises and circular economy models of farmer families in Mocoa, Putumayo.

As a regional supervisor, I gained valuable skills in data analysis and representation, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and field learning. By viewing the project from an operational perspective, I was able to effectively lead the interdisciplinary team in the successful implementation of the National Land Agency's rural property social management plan. My focus on optimizing processes and results was fundamental to the success of the project.

This experience allowed me to get to know closely other realities of our country and learn about community relations skills, accountability and coordination of projects in the field, while I was able to effectively support an interdisciplinary team of professionals with whom we were able to effectively implement the plan of social management of rural property of the National Land Agency, which allowed the routing of more than 2000 farming families for the titling and formalization of their land.

Birimbí PAZífico Foundation is a grassroots organization in San Cristóbal, Southeast Bogota, dedicated to building peace with children and youth through education, arts and sports. Based on the knowledge I acquired during my previous position, I assumed this additional role, managing to obtain resources through 3 national calls for proposals and 10+ multi-sectoral partnerships during the first trimester of operation of the organization. This contributed to the strengthening of peace building and grassroots community development processes, fostering the wellbeing of 200+ families in the community of Santa Rosa.

This experience allowed me to identify, analyze and resolve bottlenecks in the production and supply chain of the enterprises of 25 women in the town of San Cristobal, managing to increase their monthly net income by 15% and optimize by 65% the efficiency of the production and supply chain, as well as the volume of income and ROI of the Foundation. It was also able to consolidate new business opportunities and innovation in the agro-ecological segment, gaining the loyalty of 10 new clients in a period of 3 months, which contributed 35% of the Foundation's annual net income in 2019. *Grassroots community organization in the town of San Cristobal that seeks to train and enhance the skills of women heads of household and/or independent women in the area of agroecological entrepreneurship.

As the Foundation's Community Engagement Manager, I worked closely with the co-founding partners, leaders and other key stakeholders in order to foster the legal constitution and institutional strengthening of this grassroots community process. During this time, I was able to work alongside the community, co-designing the orgnization's objectives, goals and guiding principles. In addition, I led the creation and implementation of the thematic axes of 10 cultural activities and festivals, a sports and dance initiatives incubator, 15 film and peace-building workshops, two daily weekly sessions of comprehensive school tutoring sessions, among other spaces for the welfare of 200+ children and youth of the community, contributing to community development and peace-building.

I am grateful to the Interdisciplinary Center for Development Studies (CIDER) of the University of the Andes for this great opportunity, not only because it allowed me to carry out my Master's degree, but also because it gave me the opportunity to actively participate in the planning and coordination of logistical aspects of more than 20 postgraduate courses offered by the Center. Through this experience, I was able to efficiently integrate the work of 5 professionals from the Program Coordination area, 15 professors and more than 200 students. By participating in these courses I was able to acquire valuable skills in areas other than my own academic curriculum, in which I had not studied in depth, such as local economic development, critical theory and urban-regional planning. I also learned skills in office tools, HTML and CSS coding, strategic planning and assertive communication, among others, which allowed me to grow personally and professionally.

I applied a mixed-method approach through data coding, analysis and visualization methodologies for fuzzy sets, big data, and other types of data. Subsequently, I led the analysis and writing of the qualitative component of the "Study of digital culture in the State and in the relations of citizens and companies with the State" for the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of Colombia.

As a volunteer, I identified business opportunities and capacity building strategies for internally displaced farmer families engaged in urban agriculture and agroecology in San Cristobal. My work focused on supporting these families to identify possible circular economy oportunities to improve their income and strengthen their knowledge in agroecology and sustainability.

As part of an interdisciplinary team of professionals in management, art, design and innovation, I was dedicated to analyze business opportunities and capitalization of new segments. Together with Semana Group, we implemented several design thinking methodologies to co-create, validate and implement an innovative business proposal, which allowed the client to approach new market niches.
